Re:You Hate To Exercise?-Find out why!
Hi All,
I am also heard about this word "hate exercise", but it is wrong thinking. Some of the people are really fear about exercises, because at the starting level people are getting more pains from the body, so after that they are not interested to do such type of exercises.
I think we have many of the exercises are really helpful to reducing weight, for that purpose people are trying to do more exercises. The cardio exercises are no pain and giving good result towards to losing weight. Some of the person do not have much time to spend for exercises and lacking of motivation with good support from the people.
