I'm 56 years old, male, and play golf 3 days per week. I have been on Acomplia for 3 months and have lost 36 pounds. It took about a week to get going and since then I've lost a little over 10 lbs per month. Side effects have been slight nausea, some dizziness and occasional short-term memory loss which is momentary. Former heart problems are greatly improved. If FDA doesn't give approval by July, it should be dissoved. Hang in there , this works!!!

I wanted to congratulate Jason & say I agree 100%. For everyone who is new to Accomplia - keep trying! I am now beginning my 4th month and have lost 43 pounds as of this morning (I have changed my diet to eat "healthier" but the only other change was to regularly walk 20-30 minutes 4-5x per week--that's it!).
This stuff DOES work--hopefully someday our FDA will realize what most of the rest of the world already does... |

I have been taking acomplia now for 7 months and have lost 30 pounds, lots of inches (3-4) pant sizes. I have stopped smoking (2 months ago) with no withdrawals. Why is this drug not available in America? I have diabetes, hypertension, thyroid disease, etc., this has greatly helped me. My question is, I have ordered acomplia from 2-3 providers, some are green tabs, some are white, what is the difference in the tablets? Did the green ones work better or is it just in my mind? confused.

Hi Karen
Don't worry about the different color .Rimonabant/Acomplia is marketed with this 2 colors so both of the pills you ordered work the same ![]() I am very happy to hear that you obtained great results. It is very hard to pass Fda in US and you know there is some political interests for Merck new weight loss pill - Taranabant (Us laboratory) and Acomplia is manufactured by Sanofi .It is possible to approve this pill even if it is not even close to Acomplia. Its all about money |
