Default Acomplia with antidepressants not indicated

Acomplia has a short list of pills that are not indicated to take with.
But one thing is for sure according to specialist reports Acomplia with antidepressants can cause problems.We have customers that use Acomplia with antidepressants but only under doctor control.
So we Advice anyone to consult MD first before taking any action.
Also the following medicines should be used with caution in combination with Rimonabant:
  • clarithromycin
  • itraconazole
  • ketoconazole
  • nefazodone
  • ritonavir
  • telithromycin
Also this medicines could make it less effective decreasing the blood level of rimonabant:
  • carbamazepine
  • phenobarbital
  • phenytoin
  • rifampicin
  • the herbal remedy St John's wort
